The Show Must Go On

The collapse in the price of oil is having a dramatic affect on operations and projects. In order to cut costs, facilities have cut overhead, and thrown the projects group overboard. However, the facilities still have to operate and be maintained. So what does management do? They go to the people who are left and expect them to manage the projects. If you are one of these “lucky ones,” you have no choice but to shoulder on and get the job done.
