In this interactive session, participants will learn how to develop trust and synergy by understanding the dynamics of trust, developing strategies to manage five categories of stakeholders, learning practical techniques for developing trust and synergy, and increasing leadership effectiveness to increase performance. Participants will learn many practical tips for creating a climate of more collaboration and synergy by enhancing mutual trust and understanding.
